Requirements
- A Juris Doctor degree
- An active law license in good standing in Indiana (Indiana and Illinois license preferred)
- Litigation experience, preferably in personal injury
- Strong legal writing and advocacy skills
- Trial experience or a strong desire to build and sharpen trial skills
- Integrity, empathy, and a client-first mindset
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual skills are a plus
Responsibilities
- Managing a personal injury litigation caseload from filing through resolution or trial
- Communicating with and guiding clients throughout all stages of their case
- Handling written and oral discovery, motions, and pleadings in a timely and strategic manner
- Gathering and evaluating evidence by working with medical providers, witnesses, and expert professionals
- Attending depositions, mediation, and settlement negotiations with a strong understanding of case value and strategy
- Preparing for and presenting persuasive, trial-ready cases when courtroom advocacy is necessary to achieve justice
