Requirements

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active Colorado law license and good standing with the Colorado Bar
Want to learn from the best
Negotiation and client communication skills
Ability to manage an exciting caseload in a fast-paced environment
Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management software

Responsibilities

Have ownership of diversified personal injury docket while serving as a trusted advocate for your clients throughout their recovery journey.
Building strong attorney-client relationships
Evaluating liability, damages, and case value
Developing effective case strategies
Guiding clients through treatment and claim progression
Negotiating with insurance carriers and opposing parties
Collaborating with case managers, medical providers, and adjusters
Resolving claims efficiently while maximizing client outcomes
Working closely with our Litigation Team to transition cases when litigation becomes necessary, BUT with the potential opportunity to work choice cases through litigation
Delivering exceptional client service and communication throughout the life of the case
