About The Position
Our Client Law Firm is seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to handle sophisticated plaintiff-side litigation matters. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of New Jersey's premier litigation firms and work on significant injury cases alongside accomplished trial attorneys.
Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in New Jersey or eligible for admission
- Minimum 2 years of litigation experience
- Experience handling discovery, motions, depositions, and settlement negotiations
- Strong legal writing and advocacy skills
- Ability to manage an active caseload
- Excellent organizational and case management skills
- Strong interpersonal and client communication abilities
Nice To Haves
- Personal injury litigation experience preferred
- Stable employment history preferred
Responsibilities
- Handle personal injury litigation matters from intake through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
- Conduct legal research and case analysis
- Participate in depositions, mediations, and court appearances
- Manage client communications and case development
- Assist with trial preparation and litigation strategy
