About The Position

Gordon Feinblatt is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join their team. The primary focus of this position is the settlement and litigation of personal injury claims. The firm is looking for a motivated attorney with strong leadership, negotiation, and client service skills who can effectively manage a high-volume of personal injury litigation and claims cases.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience handling personal injury cases.
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
• Active member in good standing of the Maryland Bar.

Nice To Haves

• Fluency in Korean and/or Spanish is a plus but not required.
• Bar admissions in Virginia, DC and/or Federal Bar are a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Independently negotiate personal injuries claims and assist paralegals with all aspects of pre-litigation personal injury claims.
• Independently litigate District Court and Circuit Court personal injury cases.
