We are seeking a seasoned Personal Injury Litigation Attorney (Plaintiff-Side) based in North Carolina to join our growing remote team. This role allows you to handle meaningful cases, work with a strong support team, and make a real impact without being tied to a traditional office setting.

Requirements

8+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience
Active North Carolina Bar license
Strong courtroom experience with a proven track record of achieving results
Exceptional advocacy, negotiation, and legal writing abilities
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail
Self-driven, organized, and comfortable managing a full caseload in a remote environment
Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across departments and functions

Dual licensure in North Carolina and Texas

Responsibilities

Manage cases from intake through trial, including strategy development, discovery, depositions, and settlement negotiations
Represent clients in hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations with confidence and precision
Advise clients on legal options and develop winning strategies tailored to their cases
Prepare persuasive pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
Work closely with paralegals and staff on exhibits, witnesses, and trial strategy
Analyze liability, damages, and risk to guide case direction
Maintain strong, consistent communication and deliver a high-touch client experience
