Requirements
- 1-3 years’ experience in personal injury law as an attorney
Nice To Haves
- Bar license/certification (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Take and defend depositions
- Know the rules of evidence
- Draft pleadings
- Draft and review discovery related to personal injury
- Make court appearances as necessary
- Prepare all pre-trial documents
- Compile all possible information, evidence and documentation, including medical records and bills, loss of earnings documentation and change in lifestyle information, that will help the legal department build a case
- Communicate with clients and assist in preparation for depo/trial
- Negotiate claims
