About The Position
The firm is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney to join its litigation team serving the DMV area. The role handles both pre-litigation and litigation matters, including cases from filing through trial. Candidates must be licensed in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C., or be able to obtain licensure in all three within six months of employment. The position is fully remote, with occasional travel to the firm’s headquarters in Georgia. Compensation is $100,000–$150,000, base plus bonus, and depends on experience.
Requirements
- Attorney with 0–5 years of personal injury experience.
- Licensed in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C., or able to obtain licensure in all three within six months of employment.
Responsibilities
- Handle pre-litigation cases.
- Handle litigation cases from filing to trial.
- Negotiate settlements and draft legal agreements.
- Advocate for clients in court, depositions, and mediations.
- Build strong client relationships and provide top-tier legal representation.
