About The Position
A Legal Firm is seeking an experienced and motivated Personal Injury Attorney with 5+ Years of Personal Injury Experience. This position involves all aspects of litigation including law and motion, discovery, and liability and expert depositions. The trial attorney will conduct court appearances, arbitrations, mediations, and trials and will be responsible for a case load of 50+ files.
Requirements
- Excellent Legal Research and Writing skills
- Strong Negotiation and Communication skills
- Minimum of 5 years Personal Injury experience
- CA License
- High stress tolerance -- thrives in a high-pressure environment
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual is a plus, but not required
- License in multiple jurisdictions is a plus!
Responsibilities
