About The Position
Right Path Law Group is expanding its Personal Injury team and is looking for a litigation-savvy, client-focused attorney who wants to work alongside high-performing professionals and make a meaningful impact every single day. This role involves managing a full caseload from intake to resolution with autonomy and strategic oversight, advocating for injured clients in settlement negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings, preparing compelling demand packages, legal briefs, and trial-ready files, and collaborating with an experienced legal team committed to winning.
Requirements
- Licensed to practice law in Virginia
- Minimum 3 years of successful litigation and trial experience in personal injury (plaintiff side preferred)
- Excellent communicator and negotiator with a track record of delivering results
- Passionate about helping people rebuild their lives after serious injury
- Must be licensed to practice law in Virginia
- Must have litigated personal injury cases in Virginia General District AND Circuit Courts
- Must have at least 3 years of Personal Injury Experience
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual in Spanish
Responsibilities
- Investigate potential personal injury claims and provide legal advice to prospective clients accordingly
- Appear as legal counsel on the clients behalf at mediations, trials, hearings, depositions, and litigation
- Arrange suitable agreements and settle on the clients behalf when appropriate
- Record and update the status of all case files in the case management system
