About The Position
Join one of California's premier litigation firms and work on high-value, complex personal injury matters. We are one of the largest litigation firms in CA. We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our accomplished trial team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an attorney who thrives in sophisticated litigation and wants to work alongside some of the state's most respected trial lawyers. Billables are ~2000 and compensation is up to $300K base + additional incentives. Trial experience is required. This role is on-site. The ideal candidate will have significant experience handling complex personal injury matters, including catastrophic injury, premises liability, product liability, transportation, and other high-exposure tort cases. Candidates should be confident managing litigation from inception through trial while delivering exceptional client service.
Requirements
- 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience
- Experience handling complex, high-value tort matters
- Strong background in discovery, depositions, motion practice, and mediation
- Trial experience is required
- Excellent legal writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills
- Admission to the California Bar in good standing

Responsibilities
- Manage a sophisticated personal injury litigation caseload
- Conduct depositions and oversee all phases of discovery
- Draft and argue substantive motions
- Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial
- Work closely with clients, experts, and opposing counsel to develop effective litigation strategies
- Collaborate with an elite team of trial attorneys on high-profile matters
