This is not an entry-level position; they are looking for an attorney with significant personal injury experience who can independently manage cases, evaluate liability and damages, negotiate with insurance companies, work with clients, and drive cases to successful resolution. The firm offers better support, systems, case opportunities, and a path to higher earnings for motivated individuals.

Requirements

5+ years of personal injury experience
Experience handling auto wreck, motorcycle, premises liability, dog bite, trucking, or serious injury cases
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to evaluate liability, causation, damages, and case value
Experience dealing with insurance adjusters and defense counsel
Strong client communication skills
The ability to manage a caseload without needing basic training
Litigation experience
South Carolina Bar admission required

Responsibilities
