Requirements

  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
  • Pass a written competency exam, background check, and drug screening
  • Strong communication skills and a caring, dependable personality
  • A genuine passion for helping others as a professional Caregiver

Nice To Haves

  • Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred, but not required—we provide training for qualified Caregiver candidates

Responsibilities

  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
  • Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
  • Provide medication reminders and companionship
  • Support daily living activities and promote independence
