Requirements

  • HCA or CNA certification preferred (paid training available for new Caregivers)
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
  • Pass a written competency exam, background check, and drug screening
  • Reliable, caring, and motivated to grow in a Caregiver career
  • Strong communication and time management skills

Responsibilities

  • Providing personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Supporting daily living activities as a professional Caregiver
  • Light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship
  • Medication reminders and mobility assistance
