They are seeking a Caregiver with experience in behavioral care to join their dedicated team and improve lives every day. Requirements
- Must be 18 or older
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Able to pass a background check
Nice To Haves
- Experience with dementia or behavioral care
- Familiarity with hoyer lifts and gait belts
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with personal hygiene (peri-care, bathroom or in-bed support, brief changes)
- Help with light housekeeping to maintain a safe environment
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to client needs
- Offer transportation to appointments or outings
- Provide medication reminders to support health management
Benefits
- Competitive pay: $17.00–$18.25/hour (based on experience, CNA, or Dementia Certification)
- Minimum $27.50 per shift
- Training/GUIDE Respite Rate : $17.00/hour
- Raises after 60 days + annual reviews
- Generous bonus after 60 days (20+ hours/week + required documents completed)
- Mileage reimbursement between client visits
