About The Position

Nest & Care is seeking Personal Caregivers to provide exceptional care to our clients in the Montgomery County area. We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals who enjoy making a positive impact on people's lives and have a strong sense of empathy and a desire to help those in need. As a caregiver, you will provide hands-on care, including assisting with bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, and personal hygiene. You will also read the client's care plan and assessments to provide consistent quality care, adhere to company policies, and observe clients for any changes in behavior or health, notifying appropriate personnel if necessary. This agency is independently owned and operated.

Requirements

CMTs with at least one (1) year of caregiving experience working or have worked in any agencies, nursing homes, group homes, assisted living, etc.
Caregivers with no attendance issue.
Caregivers that can work from Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10 am to 2 pm.
Caregivers who believe that they can make a difference in the lives of their clients.

Nice To Haves

Caregiver who can drive and run errands.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on care, which may include assisting with bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, and personal hygiene.
Read the client’s care plan and assessments and provides consistent quality care based upon the care plan for each client.
Adhere to all company policies, including dress code, time off, call-out, etc.
Clock in and out of every shift worked on the appropriate systems associated with the client or clients they are servicing.
Observe clients, recognize changes in their behavior or health, and notify the appropriate personnel of Nest & Care if necessary.
Drive and run errands for clients.
