About The Position

Nest & Care is seeking Personal Caregivers to provide exceptional care to our clients in the Montgomery County area. We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals who enjoy making a positive impact on people's lives and have a strong sense of empathy and a desire to help those in need. Professional caregivers, also known as homemakers, home care aides, home health aides, certified nursing assistants, personal care assistants, or direct care workers, have a calling to care for people in the comfort of their own homes. This agency is independently owned and operated.

Requirements

CMT's with at least one (1) year of caregiving experience working or have worked in any agencies, nursing homes, group homes, assisted living, etc.
Caregivers with no attendance issues.
Caregivers who can work from 8 PM to 8 AM Mondays and Tuesdays or 8 AM to 8 PM on Sundays.
Caregivers who believe that they can make a difference in the lives of their clients.

Responsibilities

Perform personal and companion care, including assisting with bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, and personal hygiene.
Read the client’s care plan and assessments and provide consistent quality care based upon the care plan for each client.
Adhere to all company policies, including dress code, time off, and call-out procedures.
Clock in and out of every shift worked on the appropriate systems associated with the client or clients being serviced.
Observe clients, recognize changes in their behavior or health, and notify the appropriate personnel of Nest & Care if necessary.
