About The Position

Nest & Care is seeking Personal Caregivers to provide exceptional care to our clients in the Montgomery County area. We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals who enjoy making a positive impact on people's lives. If you have a strong sense of empathy and a desire to help those in need, we want you to join our team. Professional caregivers go by many names: homemakers, home care aides, home health aides, certified nursing assistants, personal care assistants, direct care workers. No matter the name, what they all have in common is a calling to care for people in the comfort of their own homes.

Requirements

CMT's with at least one (1) year of caregiving experience working or have worked in any agencies, nursing homes, group homes, assisted living, etc.
Caregivers with no attendance issues.
Caregiver must be comfortable with dogs.
Caregivers that can work from 9am to 5pm | Mondays through Fridays.
Caregivers who believe that they can make a difference in the lives of their clients.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on care, which may include assisting with bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, and personal hygiene.
Read the client’s care plan and assessments and provides consistent quality care based upon the care plan for each client.
Adhere to all company policies, including dress code, time off, call-out, etc.
Clock in and out of every shift worked on the appropriate systems associated with the client or clients they are servicing.
Observe clients, recognize changes in their behavior or health, and notify the appropriate personnel of Nest & Care if necessary.
