About The Position

CareWorks Health Services is hiring Personal Caregivers throughout Orange County, CA. This role involves providing one-on-one support to clients in their homes. We offer competitive pay, weekly direct deposit, and flexible scheduling options including morning, afternoon, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts based on client needs and caregiver availability. This position is ideal for individuals with experience as a Caregiver, Personal Caregiver, Home Care Aide (HCA), Personal Care Aide, or In-Home Caregiver.

Requirements

At least 6 months of caregiving experience.
Must have a Home Care Aide (HCA) number or be willing to obtain one.
Must be willing to complete a required Live Scan/background check (if needed).
Dependable and responsible.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Compassionate and respectful toward clients.
Able to assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
Reliable communication with clients and the care team.

Responsibilities

Provide dependable, respectful assistance to clients in their homes.
Assist with personal care and hygiene, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Assist with toileting and incontinence care.
Provide mobility and transfer assistance.
Implement fall prevention and safety support.
Prepare meals.
Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
Provide medication reminders according to the care plan and applicable guidelines.
Offer companionship and client engagement.
Perform grocery shopping and approved errands.
Accompany clients to appointments and approved outings.
Assist with activities of daily living.
Follow the client's care plan and provide respectful, dependable care.
