Requirements
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Pass a written competency evaluation, drug screening, and nationwide background check
- Honest, dependable, and compassionate with a genuine passion for helping others
Nice To Haves
- HCA or CNA certification preferred, but not required —we pay for your Caregiver training
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality personal care services such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance
- Support clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship
- Work one-on-one with clients in their homes, creating meaningful relationships as a trusted Caregiver
