Human Touch Home Care is seeking a Personal Care Worker (PCW) to join their team. Requirements

• Must have a current Colorado State CNA License.
• Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret regulations and other documents.
• Requires personal transportation, valid state-issued driver's license, good driving record and auto insurance as required by law.
• Must be able to quickly learn specific software and new applications.

Nice To Haves

• Some experience working with elderly and frail individuals.

Responsibilities

• Provide unskilled personal care services and homemaking services to patients.
• Attend to unskilled personal care services as required by the Company's Rules and Regulations.
• Accompany or drive patients to physician appointments or clinics.
• Provide assistance or stand-by assistance with bathing, skin care, hair care, toileting, dressing, shaving, nail care, and mouth care.
• Perform housekeeping tasks as directed, including making beds, changing and laundering linens, washing dishes, preparing meals, grocery shopping, cleaning the kitchen and bathroom, and cleaning the consumer's living area and bedroom.
• Perform general cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, taking out trash, and running errands.
• Advise the staffing director of requests that cannot be met or of unsafe conditions.
• Be dependable in providing and documenting services on time sheets.
