Personal Care Outreach Coordinator

About The Position
The Personal Care Outreach Coordinator (Sales) oversees client referrals, schedules and performs assessments, and markets services to referral sources. The role oversees VA and Private Duty client referrals, assists Veterans and their families in navigating the VA system and long-term care insurance, conducts internal and external marketing, and completes weekly statistical reports related to intake and discharges. The position reports directly to the Assistant Director PC or Branch Director PC.
Requirements
- High school graduate.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service preferred.
- Prior experience in healthcare.
- Excellent professional communication and organizational skills.
Nice To Haves
- Some college preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Responsibilities
