About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring a Personal Care Assistant to support elderly and disabled individuals in their homes. The role may involve providing companionship or personal care. No prior experience is necessary; training is available upon hire for candidates with the appropriate mindset and compassion. Candidates can create a flexible, self-determined schedule based on client availability.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal hygiene and getting dressed.
- Assist clients with eating.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Help with shopping errands and shop for groceries and household supplies.
- Perform light housekeeping and general cleaning duties, including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning rooms, halls, and bathrooms.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in clients’ homes; empty and replace trash containers.
- Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the client.
- Provide pleasant and supportive companionship.
- Report unusual incidents.
- Respond quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
