Requirements

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
Monitor clients' health and well-being and report concerns to the supervisor.
Help clients with mobility and accompany them to appointments or social activities.
Maintain a clean and safe environment in clients' homes.
Provide medication reminders as needed.
Follow care plans and maintain communication with the office.
