Personal Care Assistant (PCA)
About The Position
Advantage PCA & Senior Care is a locally owned and operated home care provider serving individuals and families throughout the Cromwell Area. We deliver personalized in-home support to children, adults, and seniors, helping clients maintain comfort, independence, and quality of life in their own homes. We are currently hiring for a part-time position in Cromwell with a consistent schedule of Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. We are seeking reliable, caring individuals who are passionate about helping others and making a positive impact in their community.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Dependable transportation
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one support that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes.
- Assist with personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, companionship, and/or behavioral support and redirection.
- Build meaningful relationships while maintaining client confidentiality.
- Communicate any changes or concerns to the care team.
