About The Position

Join Our Team As a locally owned and operated home care agency, Advantage PCA and Senior Care proudly serves children, adults and seniors with personalized and professional in-home support. We're expanding our team and seeking caring, reliable caregivers who are committed to providing exceptional care. We are currently hiring in the Crosslake Area for a weekly schedule of Tuesday through Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Requirements

Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
Ability to provide compassionate and professional care
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and follow individualized service plans
Dependable, responsible, and committed to client well-being

Nice To Haves

Nursing Assistants may maintain active registry status while employed

Responsibilities

Providing personal care assistance such as bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, toileting, mobility support, transfers, positioning, and meal assistance
Encouraging social engagement, companionship, and emotional well-being
Assisting with household responsibilities including meal preparation, laundry, and light housekeeping
Supporting clients with behavior management, supervision, redirection, and goal-oriented activities when needed
Monitoring client safety and providing appropriate support throughout daily routines
Maintaining accurate communication regarding changes in a client's condition, needs, or behavior
Protecting client privacy and adhering to company policies and procedures
Creating a supportive, respectful, and person-centered environment that promotes independence and self-determination
