About The Position
Sprenger Health Care is a third-generation developer, owner, and operator of senior living communities and services in Ohio and South Carolina. The company provides long-term nursing care, assisted and independent living, memory care, hospice, home care, respite care, and short-term post-acute rehabilitation. The Personal Care Assistant works at Anchor Lodge in Lorain, Ohio. The role assists residents with mobility and supports dining-room service, room tidiness, and stocking laundry and linens. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to pass a Nurse Aide Certification class.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents when getting out of and getting into chairs or wheelchairs.
- Assist with passing water pitchers and trays in the dining room.
- Assist with keeping rooms neat.
- Assist with stocking laundry and linens on halls.
