About The Position
Broadway Home Care LLC is seeking a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) for a client in Raleigh, NC. They are a licensed home care agency offering quality healthcare at home to patients in need of personal assistance in Durham, Wake, Johnston, Wilson, Nash, Wayne, Franklin, and Halifax, Edgecombe Counties. This is a part-time position with flexible morning shifts.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Current TB screen (PPD)
- Pass drug screening
- Reliable transportation
- English
Nice To Haves
- High school or equivalent
- Vital Signs Experience: 1 year
- Caregiving: 1 year
Responsibilities
- Feeding – food preparation
- Turning clients every two hours (bedridden)
- ROM / Lifting/ transferring Patients into beds, wheelchairs.
- Examine patients for bruises, blood in urine or other injuries/wounds.
