This role involves providing compassionate personal care and support with daily living activities, monitoring client conditions, promoting client independence, and maintaining a safe environment. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED preferred
Good standing, active MN Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or successful completion of agency-provided training
Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
Previous experience with older adults preferred

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate personal care and support with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, and medication assistance
Monitor and report changes in clients’ physical, emotional, or medical conditions, including documenting vital signs and services provided
Promote client independence, dignity, and quality of life through companionship, social engagement, and individualized care support
Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment by following infection control, safety procedures, and completing light housekeeping duties
Collaborate with the care team by assisting co-workers, completing delegated nursing or therapy tasks, attending required trainings, and following agency policies and care plans
