About The Position

As a Personal Care Aide (PCA)/Caregiver, you will support seniors in living safely and happily at home by providing personal care, assistance with daily activities, and companionship. The role includes helping clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, ambulation, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises. You will also provide medication reminders, document clients’ conditions, report concerns to a supervisor, maintain a safe home environment, and participate in activities clients enjoy. The position offers one-to-one aide-to-client ratios and schedule flexibility. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Active Home Care Aide (HCA) experience.
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and transportation.
Compassionate, helpful nature and good communication skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Six months of experience in a healthcare role is preferred.
CPR certification is optional.
COVID-19 vaccination card is optional.

Responsibilities
