About The Position
Wesley Enhanced Living is hiring a Personal Care Aide / Med Tech to provide personalized care and support to residents and help them feel safe, comfortable, and valued. The role includes personal care assistance, safe and accurate medication administration, monitoring residents’ health, reporting changes, and providing companionship and emotional support.
Requirements
- State-specific Med Tech Certification is required.
- Medication administration certificate issued by DHS.
- Diabetes Education Certificate.
Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
- Administer medications safely and accurately as a Med Tech.
- Monitor residents’ health and promptly report changes.
- Offer companionship and emotional support.
