Personal Care Aide
About The Position
University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aides in Canton, Michigan. The role provides essential support to clients with daily living activities, helping them maintain independence and improve their quality of life. Aides work in clients’ homes and contribute to a supportive, caring environment while making a positive impact in the community. The position includes assisting with personal hygiene, mobility, companionship, meals, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Aides follow care plans and company policies, monitor clients’ health, and report changes or concerns to a supervisor.
Requirements
- Previous experience in personal care or home health care is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation to travel to client locations in Canton, Michigan.
- Pass background checks.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and other personal hygiene tasks.
- Help clients with mobility and transfers safely.

- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
