About The Position

At First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO), Personal Bankers help customers with their financial journeys by understanding their needs and offering recommendations to support their financial well-being. The role includes assisting with everyday transactions as well as helping customers consider broader financial needs, such as retirement savings. Branch managers work alongside the team and provide in-depth training on proactively engaging with customers. The position is expected to be performed onsite at the posted location, though the work location may change based on business needs. This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS), including meeting applicable financial responsibility, character, credit fitness, and criminal background standards. Employees must continue to meet regulatory requirements, including acceptable background investigation and credit report results.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Meet applicable S.A.F.E. Act registration requirements with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS), including financial responsibility, character, credit fitness, and criminal background standards.
