About The Position

Fidelity Bank is hiring a customer-oriented Personal Banker for its Peckville Branch. The role supports branch customer sales and service functions, assists customers with transactions and banking needs, coordinates work within the branch, and helps ensure efficient communication across departments. Responsibilities may vary with branch customer volume and service needs. Personal Bankers provide clients with a positive banking experience, from routine transactions to consultative discussions. They help clients open accounts, explain products and services, and demonstrate mobile and digital banking tools while working toward established customer service and sales objectives. Responsibilities

Provide an engaging experience for internal and external customers by executing the Fidelity Model Experience and embodying the organization’s core values.
Engage customers to identify financial needs and recommend appropriate products.
Help customers achieve financial goals through consultative conversations.
Build relationships with existing customers, identify cross-selling opportunities, and support customer retention and growth.
Provide direct service on deposit products and services, complete required documentation, and perform point-of-sale processing.
Solicit business from prospective customers and nurture relationships with current customers.
Assist customers with transactions, account opening, product and service education, and mobile and digital banking tools.
Coordinate work within the branch and support efficient communication across departments.
