About The Position
Fidelity Bank is seeking a motivated, customer-oriented Personal Banker for its Dunmore Branch. The role supports branch customer sales and service, including assisting customers with transactions, coordinating work within the branch, and communicating across departments. Personal Bankers help clients with banking needs such as opening accounts, learning about products and services, and using mobile and digital banking tools. Responsibilities
- Provide an engaging experience for internal and external customers by following the Fidelity Model Experience and embodying the organization’s core values.
- Identify customers’ financial needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Help customers pursue their financial goals through consultative conversations.
- Build relationships with existing customers, identify cross-selling opportunities, and support customer retention and growth.
- Provide direct service for deposit products and services, including completing documentation and point-of-sale processing.
- Solicit business from prospective customers and nurture relationships with current customers.
- Assist customers with transactions, coordinate work within the branch, and communicate efficiently across departments.
- Educate clients about banking products and services and demonstrate mobile and digital banking tools.
