About The Position

Requirements

- Previous customer service experience in a banking or financial institution.
- Previous sales experience.
Responsibilities
- Promptly and effectively address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Identify and assess customers' needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services.
- Promote and sell the bank’s products and services to prospective and existing customers.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships and seek referrals from existing customers.
- Assist customers with loan applications, recommend loan structures, gather required documents, submit packages to the retail loan department, and close retail loans as needed.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in compliance with banking regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues promptly.
