Requirements

Nice To Haves

College degree.
Previous customer service experience in a banking or financial institution.
Previous sales experience.

Responsibilities

Promptly and effectively address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
Identify and assess customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services.
Promote and sell the bank’s products and services to prospective and existing customers.
Develop and maintain customer relationships and seek referral resources from existing customers.
Assist customers with loan applications, recommend appropriate loan structures, gather required documents, submit loan packages to the retail loan department, and close retail loans as needed.
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in compliance with banking regulations.
Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer issues and ensure prompt resolution.
