About The Position

The Personal Banker serves as a trusted partner to Members, helping guide their financial journeys, build relationships, and support their financial goals.

The role delivers personalized solutions, assists Members with account openings and lending options, and uses consultative techniques and thoughtful follow-up to build lasting relationships and support long-term financial success. The position is based at the KC Prospect Branch in Kansas City, Missouri.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of consultative sales experience; financial or retail experience is preferred.
• Proven success meeting sales and service goals and cross-selling products.
• Accuracy in cash handling and attention to detail.
• Strong communication, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with technology and commitment to confidentiality.
• Knowledge of financial products and basic math proficiency.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
