Personal Assistant Full-time 2p-10 weekends required
About The Position
QSL Management is a fast-growing senior living company focused on providing seniors with luxurious, comfortable, resort-style homes while promoting wellness, security, longevity, family, joy, and self-worth. The Personal Assistant role supports assisted living and memory care residents at The Barclay at Clemson through companionship, assistance with daily living, engagement activities, and other resident support. The position is full-time, scheduled from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., and requires weekend work. Requirements
- A caring heart and willingness to serve others.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Flexibility and readiness to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Nice To Haves
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is preferred, but is not required unless required by the state.
- CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
- Experience working with older adults is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and supportive listening to assisted living and memory care residents.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Report changes in residents’ health and status and complete daily data sheets to record progress.
- Assist residents with memory and performance improvement programs.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
- Assist with dining as needed or directed by the leadership team.
- Assist with activities that keep residents engaged and happy.
