About The Position

This position is a direct hire to the Branch Manager and will work directly with the Branch Manager. This is a hands-on position that requires close collaboration with leadership and team members. There will be occasions where you will work side-by-side in a vehicle with management for training, field visits, or business development activities. Flexibility is important. Some responsibilities may require evening hours after 5:00 PM and occasional weekend work. Any additional time commitments outside of normal working hours will be appropriately compensated.
