About The Position

DigiHyre is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support business development and operational teams by accurately entering, reviewing, and maintaining data across internal systems. This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in the United States.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent practical experience
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and common productivity tools
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting senior leadership
  • Familiarity with scheduling and task management tools
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of management
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes when required
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and itineraries
  • Maintain confidential records and documents with a high level of discretion
  • Assist with personal and professional tasks as assigned
  • Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and action items
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Support day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth workflow
