Requirements

  • 25+ years of experience in hospitality, estate management, personal assistance, private service, or household operations
  • Experience supporting sophisticated households, private estates, executive families, or luxury hospitality environments
  • Mature professional presence with exceptional discretion and emotional intelligence
  • Excellent judgment and ability to remain calm under changing circumstances
  • Strong organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail
  • Service-oriented with a hospitality-first mindset
  • Comfortable balancing household management, family support, and personal assistance responsibilities
  • Able to work independently while maintaining elevated standards
  • Open to relocation to Napa Valley, California

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-touch personal and household support while creating seamless daily experiences
  • Manage personal calendars, appointments, scheduling, and lifestyle logistics
  • Coordinate family activities and support household priorities involving children
  • Run personal errands and execute requests with speed, discretion, and professionalism
  • Oversee household operations and maintain exceptional standards of service
  • Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues before they become visible
  • Coordinate reservations, vendors, deliveries, and personal services
  • Create and maintain organized household systems and routines
  • Support travel preparation, planning, and personal logistics
  • Create polished and seamless experiences for family members and guests
  • Handle sensitive and confidential matters with exceptional care and discretion
