The Personal Assistant works primarily in an assigned client’s home, managing daily routines, coordinating services, and moving household projects forward. The role combines planning and organizing projects with hands-on household tasks such as laundry and ironing. The assistant works independently with guidance and support from management and Pepper’s team; responsibilities reflect the client’s needs and agreed service scope. This position is intended for someone who enjoys creating order, anticipating needs, and managing details for busy professionals, and is not designed as a childcare, housekeeping-only, or entry-level administrative role. The assignment is in a client’s home on the eastern side of Bainbridge Island. The schedule is part-time, five hours per week: 30 minutes on Tuesday and 4.5 hours on Thursday, with the Thursday shift listed as 8:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m. Applicants must live in the greater Seattle area and be able to commute reliably to the home; candidates in Kitsap County on the peninsula or on Bainbridge Island are preferred. Compensation is $29–$32 per hour, depending on relevant experience and qualifications. This is a W-2 employee role with a regular client assignment and reports to the Area Service Manager. The assistant maintains household organization, handles errands and routine household needs, coordinates services and home maintenance, and provides timely updates. The role calls for discretion, dependable follow-through, good judgment, and the ability to work within authorized budgets and scheduled hours. Work takes place primarily in the client’s home, with local travel for errands and approved duties. Household tasks may involve standing, walking, bending, reaching, sitting, driving, using technology, and lifting or carrying items up to 35 pounds as required, with or without reasonable accommodation. Benefits include paid sick leave, paid time off, holiday pay, a technology stipend, and a 401(k) with employer match, subject to eligibility requirements, plan terms, and company policies. Medical and dental benefits are available to employees regularly scheduled to work at least 25 hours per week. Required meetings and training are paid. Pepper’s Personal Assistants is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to an inclusive workplace.
