About The Position

Surecomp® is seeking a highly organized and discreet Personal Assistant to provide high-touch administrative support to the Chairman and Owner across both executive and family office matters. This role includes managing complex scheduling, international travel, payments, documentation, and communications in a fast-paced environment. The position requires a trustworthy, detail-oriented professional with strong judgment, flexibility, and the ability to maintain complete confidentiality. The role is based in Kfar Saba and involves close day-to-day support in a dynamic and demanding environment.

Requirements

  • Native English is mandatory, with strong written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 is mandatory.
  • Strong computer skills, including presentations and administrative systems.
  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting senior executives.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience coordinating international travel arrangements.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, itineraries, and logistics for multiple stakeholders.
  • Manage complex calendars, personal appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Handle bill payments and administrative financial tasks.
  • Support family office administration and accounting activities, including documentation, correspondence, and coordination with service providers.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
  • Track tasks, follow up on deliverables, and support ongoing priorities.
  • Serve as a point of contact for external parties while maintaining strict confidentiality.
