Professionals with experience in areas such as Executive Coaching, Business Coaching, Leadership Coaching, Life Coaching, Psychology, Consulting, Training & Facilitation, Business Development, Sales Leadership, Real Estate, Insurance, Entrepreneurship, Corporate Leadership, Human Resources, and Education are encouraged to apply. This is an Independent Contractor position and is not a traditional salaried employment role. Individuals accepted into this role operate independently using established systems, professional training, mentorship, and digital business tools. This position does not provide hourly wages, employee benefits, paid vacation, healthcare benefits, retirement plans, or guaranteed compensation. Compensation is performance-based and depends on individual effort, activity, skill development, and business results. Earnings vary among individuals. As a Personal and Leadership Development Consultant, you will utilize proven systems, digital marketing resources, professional communication skills, and ongoing mentorship to build relationships with qualified professionals interested in personal growth, leadership development, and expanding their professional opportunities. You will introduce qualified individuals to premium personal and leadership development programs and provide information about available educational resources using an established consultation process. You will also continue developing your own leadership capabilities through ongoing training and mentorship. Requirements

Build and maintain professional relationships
