We are seeking a Permit Technician / Zoning Administrator / Planner to support municipal clients in the Greenville, South Carolina area. Candidates local to Greenville are encouraged to apply. Candidates based in Braselton, Georgia may also be considered, provided they are able to support Greenville-area client needs. Occasional travel to client offices, project locations, or public meetings may be required. This role may be a good fit for someone with experience in local government, planning, zoning, permitting, community development, inspections support, customer service, administrative coordination, real estate, construction administration, or another public-facing service environment.
