This highly visible role is critical to the City's development process and serves as both the first and final point of contact for many customers navigating permitting, plan review, and project completion. As a Permit Coordination Specialist, you will act as a trusted guide throughout the permitting lifecycle—helping applicants understand requirements, coordinating plan reviews, facilitating communication among stakeholders, and ensuring projects move efficiently from submission to approval. This position is ideal for individuals with experience in permitting, construction, drafting, architecture, engineering, or development services who enjoy solving problems, working with technical documents, and delivering exceptional customer service.
