Responsible for coordinating inventory, implant, tissue, instrumentation, and specialty product activities supporting surgical and procedural services across assigned clinical areas. Serves as a liaison between clinical teams, vendors, sterile processing, and supply chain partners to support product availability, inventory accuracy, procedural readiness, and continuity of patient care. This role is at the heart of surgical operations, ensuring that life-saving implants and tissue products are accurately tracked, stocked, and delivered where they’re needed most: the Operating Room. You’ll work closely with clinicians, vendors, and supply chain teams, becoming a trusted expert in the products and processes that directly support patient care. From coordinating with surgical teams and monitoring inventory with cutting-edge RFID technology, to helping ensure compliance with tissue handling protocols, every day will bring purpose and impact. This role offers a chance to grow within a respected hospital system, learn specialized supply and surgical inventory processes, and contribute meaningfully to high-stakes procedures — all while developing valuable cross-functional skills in logistics, customer service, and healthcare operations.
