Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) required.
Current MA RN License
BLS and ACLS required
Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience
At least 1-2 years in a leadership or management role.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to providing patient-centered care with a focus on safety and quality.
Ability to adhere to all I.C.A.R.E. standards.

Nice To Haves

Certification in Post-Anesthesia Care Nursing (CPAN) or similar certification preferred.
