Requirements

Active Wisconsin dental hygiene license or eligibility (new graduates welcome)
Current CPR certification
Interest or experience in periodontal treatment and patient education
Strong communication skills with a patient-focused, team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

Provide periodontal and preventive dental care, including scaling and root planing
Take and process digital X-rays to support diagnosis and treatment planning
Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal disease management, and home care techniques
Maintain a sterile and organized treatment environment
Accurately document patient care and treatment progress
