About The Position

Dental Health Associates (DHA) in Madison, WI is seeking a dedicated Periodontal Dental Hygienists to join our East Clinic, Fitchburg Clinic and our Old Sauk Clinic. This role is based at our East, Fitchburg or Old Sauk Clinic within our Periodontal & Implant Specialists department. Scheduling can be full-time or part-time, with flexibility from one to five days per week.

Requirements

• Active Wisconsin dental hygiene license or eligibility (new graduates welcome)
• Current CPR certification
• Interest or experience in periodontal treatment and patient education
• Strong communication skills with a patient-focused, team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Provide periodontal and preventive dental care, including scaling and root planing
• Take and process digital X-rays to support diagnosis and treatment planning
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal disease management, and home care techniques
• Maintain a sterile and organized treatment environment
• Accurately document patient care and treatment progress
